A superb single owner Lamborghini Jalpa with just 2000 km since new. Delivered in 1985 and hardly used since this most certainly has to be the last Jalpa in as new condition available. Obviously the condition is beyond reproach. The paintwork, leather upholstery and carpets are 100% perfect as new. The mechanics were recently overhauled, with new hoses, battery and tyres. The vehicle will be delivered with its original tool kit.
The vehicle is truly in as new condition as when it was delivered new in 1985 the only exception being the steering wheel & gear shift lever which were personalised by the vehicle’s owner.
The Jalpa is the venerable predecessor of the current Gallardo and is unjustly little known though that is changing amongst the sports car fraternity. Vehicle maintenance is simplified by the timing chain which obviates the requirement to regularly change timing belts. Prices are obviously on the rise justify by the superior performance compared to its contemporary competitors, a level of exclusivity which even Ferrari can’t lay claim to as well as well as its rarity given the just 420 examples which were produced.
